We’re excited to share with you Michaela & Riaan’s stunning winter wedding at Old Mill Toronto.
We started the day at Michaela’s suite at Old Mill Toronto for her getting ready photos. We love taking detail shots and were delighted that Michaela had meticulously and beautifully organized all her bridal details on the coffee table for us to capture. After Michaela got ready, we took various bridal portraits at her Old Mill suite. Michaela look beautifully elegant as she posed effortlessly for her bridal portraits.
After Michaela’s bridal portraits, we headed downstairs for Riaan’s getting ready photos. We loved capturing Riaan’s joyful reaction when he opened up the Lacoste watch that Michaela gifted him on the wedding day.
Michaela & Riaan’s beautiful wedding ceremony took place at Old Mill’s 16th century candlelit chapel, where they exchanged wedding vows in front of their closest family and friends. After the ceremony, we shot Michaela and Riaan’s bride and groom portraits at various spots within Old Mill. Old Mill is a huge venue so we were able to use a variety of locations for their photos.
The elegant dinner reception took place at Old Mill’s exquisite Royal Oak Room. We love the luxurious and regal decor and table settings. There was a glimmering Christmas tree in the room since it was close to Christmas day. The wedding place cards were creatively placed on pine cones, and the wedding cake was also decorated with pine cones, giving the wedding a whimsical winter touch.
Congratulations Michaela and Riaan! Your wedding was amazingly beautiful and elegant, it was a complete pleasure capturing your special day!
