I’m thrilled to post my very first wedding in Sarnia. Candice and Steve’s exquisite wedding ceremony and reception was held at the beautiful Dante Club in Sarnia. We started the day at Candice’s home and the hair salon for her getting ready photos. It was my first time meeting Candice in person, I immediately sensed that she has a very warm, welcoming and vibrant personality, and I knew we would have a blast photographing her and Steve’s big day.
Candice and Steve had a first look at Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery. I was excited to hear that Candice had wanted a first look before the wedding ceremony. I love capturing the incredible joy on the groom’s face when he first sees his beautiful bride on a wedding day, it’s such a priceless moment. Candice looked stunning and elegant in her beautiful wedding dress while Steve looked sharp in his black three-piece tux.
After a short and sweet wedding ceremony that included a surprising and amazing harlem shake dance, we headed to Canatara Park for some outdoor bride and groom photos. Although it was cold and windy, Candice and Steve still managed to pull off a great shoot. I absolutely love the vibrant fall colours we used as our backdrop.
RL Designs did a fantastic job with the ceremony and reception decor, creating an elegant, classy and sophisticated atmosphere for Candice and Steve’s wedding. Surrounded by their amazing family and friends, Candice and Steve’s wedding day was an incredible day filled with love, laughter, fun and joy.
